Unocked bootloder?

Beautiful N Rom, thank you for this! My question is important on US 935v Verizon s7e. Is it can my bl be unlocked yet by flashing the u kernel. I'm very confused with bl locked or unlocked?

The Verizon bootloader can not be unlocked.
The eng kernel only allows us to utilize root access.
